So, I find out on monday if I'm having a boy or girl & I'm already trying to plan how to decorate the nursery. I was wondering how everyone is planning on decorating their nursery? Or, if your planning on waiting until the baby is older?
I want to do some things a little differently. For a boy I really want to decorate everything with sail boats, but for a girl I'm wanting to decorate it like a castle, which is pretty common, lol.

Well, pregnant with baby #3 and being thru this 2 other times, I have learned something. BTW I LOVE decorating, but simple is best. Pottery Barn Kids classic looks seem to transition well with children and I wish I would have decorated the first two nursery's with these thoughts in mind. Your baby is only a baby a very short while. Soon he/she develops a style of their own and their own favorites. What I am doing with baby Finley, is as soon as I find out the sex, I am buying a pottery barn comforter set in the color of my choice, but something plain with not alot going on. Then I am decking the room out with cute accessories, wall hangings ect. Things that can be changed easy as their intrests change.
