My Grand Dad served in the military, other family
members also served, as well as my wife & I served a combined total of 56
years between us. We made many sacrifices for our country and do not feel we
should feel obligated to allow invited people we’ve welcomed with open arms to
influence & change our society to better resemble the one they chose to

Nowhere or at no other time in our Nation’s history, did they sing it in Italian, Japanese, Polish,
Irish (Celtic), German, Portuguese, Greek or any other language because of immigration.
It was written in English, adapted into French, and should be sung word for word the way it was written.
The news broadcasts even gave the Hindi version translation – which was not
even close to our National Anthem. I am not the least bit sorry if this offends
ANYONE, this is MY COUNTRY

Boycott the 2010 Canadian Olympics. Each year the Canadian fishing industry kills over a 1/4 million baby Harp Seals for their fur alone. 325,000 in 2007 and 275,000 in 2008. Just “youtube” “Harp Seal Slaughter” right here on Youtube and see exactly what’s going on.

This guy is talking out of his ass from about 4:10 – 5:45. Seriously, is this satire? East Hastings is a bad neighborhood but I can think of places in SF and Oakland that are MUCH worse, that I would be foolish to walk around in.Not the case here. ha – “stanley park is dangerous” I think the trees will attack you? The only crimes I can think of that are serious threats are car break-ins and getting your bike stolen or stripped if you lock it up on the street. Person on person crimes are rare.

Are you kidding me? It is very uncommon, Vancouver should consider itself lucky. I lived in Vancouver all last year and I could count the number of shootings with my fingers.
Vancouver’s last drug laws are not responsible for the shootings as this video claim. If Vancouver cracked down hard on its drug crime then violent crime would literally skyrocket. Look at large American cities.

Avoid east hastings!
Also, during the olympics avoid driving. There is talk of closing the highway between vancouver and whistler and leaving it only open to the olympic shuttles. Plus I guarantee IMPark who runs all of the parking lots here will jack up their prices as they are known to do.
